It's been two weeks and notifications still don't work

Notifications of new posts on watched threads still take me to the first post of a thread. So it's impossible to follow discussions without browsing through pages and pages, looking for where you last read up to.

As it's been 15 days since the site redesign, and this issue isn't listed on the "known issues" page, should I expect that this is just the way the site will work from now on? It really discourages taking part in a thread or even visiting the site. I've been returning every few days to see if the problem is fixed but maybe it never will be.

Hi there, @debwong . Sorry to hear that this is still an issue for you. As far as we are aware, this has been fixed for most users so hopefully we can sort it quickly for you, too.
Can you let us know if you're using the app, mobile or desktop site, please? Also which device you're using, which browser, and which version of the OS.

@debwong - we are in the process of fixing this now and it should be working by next week. We don't need your browser details as it's us, not you! We'll update the known issues shortly.
