Can't post photos on threads.

I can post messages, but not add photos. It keeps saying posting failed. I've been here 17 years, never had any problems until the update. I'm on the iPhone app, v15.4.1 - any ideas please?

And I can post photos, but they aren't the right way up !

I would just like to add, that I posted some yesterday which are the correct way round, but seems to of changed today.
