Hello Mumsnet staff, I'm having an issue with PMs. I tried to do some housekeeping and delete them all but there's two won't delete because when I click them I get the black box error that stops me doing anything else. Can you delete them for me please so I can have a nice empty inbox? Thank you.

I’m having the same issue with DMs. I get this stupid black box telling me I’ve done something or other and then I lose everything I’ve typed and move to a laptop to start again. The new direct messaging format on mobile is really bad, very bizarre display of messages all on top of each other and I can’t even do paragraphs in them without it sending.
