Active always updating when pressing back

Usually I scroll active and pick a thread, read it, then press back to go back to active. However, another thread I wanted to read has then moved somewhere else down or up the list as active refreshes when I press back. Some even drop off active al together when the site is busy.

This is very annoying. Minor, but annoying.

Anyone else?
(android, not the app, just the mobile site, chrome)

Yes me too. iPhone iOS 15.4 happens when on trending. Press back and end up back on active, not trending. It’s a bit tedious

Same!! I liked being able to click back to get the exact list i had before, or click on the 'active' tab at the bottom to refresh the list.

Me too. It annoyed me so much I downloaded the app but that is almost just as bad, if not worse so I think I might just give up.
Since the 'upgrade' I am spending less and less time on here

Same. If I remember I open as new tabs but tbh it just clutters up my phone and I wind up not reading them. Extremely irritating.

Yes, it's really annoying. I like to be able to go back and browse the threads that were already there. Now it just refreshes and everything is different.

You can fix it by opening each thread in a new tab. Then when you go back to Active it’s still the same. It’s not just Active that does this though - every single page reloads when you’re swiping back and forwards, it’s extremely annoying!

Opening a new tab on mobile is tiresome tbh. On a laptop, it doesn't matter as much as I just right-click and open in the background and I don't mind having multiple tabs open. Mobile is irritating!

Yes! Seems such a minor thing but is really annoying me. I'll scroll though Active and might spot a few threads I'd like to read but then can't come back and can't remember what category it was under.

It does this in “Last Hour” too. I’ve flagged it up to MNHQ, but I’m not even sure they’ve acknowledged it.

Yes even finding active isn’t as easy. I can never find threads I wanted to read as they now move about.

It's really annoying and like a pp I'm spending less time than before because I'm not seeing what I want to see
I saw another thread about this and someone from @MNHQ commented saying it was being looked into. Seems they haven't sorted it yet.

Same here. It’s annoying. Yes there is a work around using new tabs, but that’s not a natural way of using such forums.

That’s actually my usual method but that doesn’t work right now either. It refreshes the list when I go back to that tab.
