The App is unworkable

I am on an android phone. App is updated as much as possible.

So far just today:

It constantly crashed to the point my phone created a pop up stating their were bugs in the app and that it needed updating. But there is no update.

The bookmark function just isn't there. At all.

Bookmarks I created on the browsers do not work.

The flip feature will take me to about half way through the thread.

When replying the OP post button doesn't show anything

Is there anything I should be doing to try and resolve this?

I’d love to know this, I always use the app, but it’s unusable now (resorted to the website which is a pain). I’ve also updated the app but it didn’t do anything, still unable to bookmark.

When I post and press submit I am put back to the middle of the thread. I have uninstalled and re uploaded multiple times.

I had to delete and reinstall it to make it work. I couldn't post or see bookmarks

I've tried so many times but nothing. I've seen other people say theirs is I.proving but mine is actually crashing more :( would be when I get ill and am stuck in bed :D

Weird thing I've noticed is that posts are not showing up on the app that can be seen on the website version.

I had a quite sharp reply from an OP on another thread. I posted again. But I can't see the original sharp reply now.

I thought I'd imagined it. Went on the website version and it's there.

I've just looked again and another poster has quoted the sharp reply in question, but that post still isn't visible.

So now I'm wondering what else I'm not seeing.

I'm in iPhone. I had to delete the app and re install as I couldn't follow or bookmark a thread. Since doing that it has worked fine. Finally

Really sorry for not getting back to this sooner. We know you've tried uninstalling, so thank you for that. We're hoping we can get it all sorted for you as soon as possible.

Can we ask the make and model of your device? Also, is it possible to screen record a snippet of how the app is functioning for you? If we can physically see what's happening, we're more likely to be able to replicate the issue and release a fix for it.

Let us know if you need some guidance on how to screen record. Flowers
