Webpages not opening in app

In safari if I Google something and click on a mumsnet thread that comes up it used to automatically open in the app but instead it opens in the browser on my phone but the old desktop version.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted phone but not working, how can I fix this? It's only happening with mumsnet, reddit and other apps are opening fine from browser

Same here! I thought it was just me. I’m not sure why though…

Hi, this is on the fix list. The app registers with your phone to handle URLs that start /Talk after the mumsnet.com. The old talk board did, but the new ones start /talk instead. SO there'll need to be an update to the app to make it work for the new URLs. The developers are working on it.

Hi, this still doesn't seem to be fixed yet? Whenever I open on safari it doesn't link to the app. Really frustrating

It’s really annoying. I thought it was me that it just didn’t work for anymore, but I have to physically go into the app now. In safari, I find lots of Mumsnet pages open…it’s frustrating.
