Consent pop up

Sorry if this has already been covered. Since you upgrade, every time I move pages on the forums I have to agree on your consent page pop up.

it’s getting tedious. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @AtlasPine - so sorry you're having this issue. We’ve changed our Consent Management Platform to one which allows you to “reject all” cookies rather than having to go through them one by one. For a small number of users this has resulted in them being asked to consent on every page they visit.

Here is a guide on what to do - if you follow the instructions below the consent pop up should stop appearing once you've reselected your preferences. Do let me know if not.

iPhone & iPad
Navigate to your settings
Click on ‘Safari’
Scroll to the bottom and choose ‘Advanced’
Click on ‘Website Data’
Type ‘Mumsnet' into the search box
Swipe left on ‘Mumsnet’ and choose ‘Delete’
Macs
Open your Safari preferences
Click ‘Privacy’
Click ‘Manage Website Data’
Type ‘Mumsnet' into the search box
Click on ‘Mumsnet.com’ and choose ‘Remove’
Click ‘Done'

Didn’t work for me. Have deleted mumsnet, still getting the stupid cookie consent pop up every time. @SueMumsnet

Oh I take it back. I switched my phone off and on again and now no more pop ups, huzzah!
