Images rotating when I press post. HELP!

Since the site upgrade, whenever I post an image there are issues. Ut appears the right way up while creating the post, it is correct if I preview, but when I press post it shows having rotated 90 degrees.
I'm using Chrome on an android phone
How can I stop posting pictures of sideways cats? 😹

Anyone? Or is this only happening to me?

While chatting on the 'litter tray' I've found I'm not the only person struggling with images appearing the wrong way up. Anyone from mumsnet avaikable to help?

Picture I posted earlier on the litter tray - exactly the same problem here. Shows correctly in preview but rotates in the actual post.

Yep I got this issue yesterday. It's a weird intermittent one and we're trying to work it out - we'll try and get it sorted asap.

Just so you know - It's been consistent on my account. All pictures I post seem to rotate

I am having the same issue, but some are posting correctly. I have posted 3 photos today, 2 are sideways and the next one is up the correct way. I find it annoying.

Hi, any ETA for a fix yet. I posted a landscape photo earlier and it worked, but portrait pictures are still rotating.

Hi, apologies for the delay on this one, we have a lot to work through at the moment. We have a fix for this but we are waiting for it to be tested and released to the live website. It's likely to be early next week!

@Grumpyoldpersonwithcats we tried a couple of things to fix this but it's much more complicated than we thought. We are still working on it though and we have a solution that will work it will just take a bit of time to implement it.
