Hiding AIBU in Active only, not completely, PLEASE?

On old version I was able to hide AIBU from active (because it’s so ubiquitous that otherwise, sometimes, almost nothing else appeared) but could still find and go to the topic via Talk/Other Stuff.
Can’t do that now - it’s hidden completely or not at all.
Can we go back to previous way, please?

Ditto Conception - and presumably every other board.

I don’t want “line eyes please!” clogging up Active, but that’s not to say I don’t want to be able to access and read the Conception board and threads!

Yes please. I like to hide chat and aibu from active to give other topics a chance that I might not have otherwise looked at.

I've hidden the busy boards so I can see more variety in active but I still want to look at these topics.

Yes, the same for me. I had AIBU hidden from active because I didn’t want it to completely overwhelm active but still be able to see it. Now, it’s hidden completely everywhere.

if you go to the top of the page and press Talk
all the subjects come up
and when i go to AIBU and click it says MN Is having difficulties at the moment! so i cant access

Until I unhid AIBU, it didn’t appear at all under Talk/Other Stuff, and if I clicked on a link elsewhere to an AIBU thread I got that message too; the whole topic was completely hidden!
Now it’s not hidden any more everything opens fine 🤷🏼‍♀️

How would you usually hide a particular category please? I would like to do this (if it's possible with the new changes) but no idea how. Thanks 🙂

I don’t know whether MN have fixed it, or whether it was only ever a glitch, but anyway it seems to be back the way it used to be.

I’ve just rehidden AIBU, but can now see and open threads in the topic! Very pleased about that 😊

This seems to have started again. I hid AIBU from Active but it’s hidden from everywhere except Threads I’m On.
