When I go back all the trending/active/new have changed

It used to be I clicked a post and when I went back to the previous page, I was at the exact same point in the list of active/new or trending. Now I swipe back and the page reloads and all the threads have changed. Also if I was in the New tab and I swipe back, it’s always Active that is showing. It’s really annoying.

Agree. I wasn’t that bothered about the changes really; this is the only one I have found very irritating. On a desktop I open threads in a new tab but tend not to on my phone.

I have a routine of refreshing the active page and then reading a thread that takes my fancy, go back to active and work my way down the list. I have barely been on Mumsnet since the update as I can no longer do this.

Also, threads automatically refresh. Sometimes, I like to know what time I clicked on it. I'm guessing that when they delete threads, they will vanish straight away rather than upon a refresh.

Oh, and I still hate all the other changes too.

I'm interesed in whether this was a mistake or an intentional change and you didn't research how users interact with the site. I've seen so many threads about well used features no longer being available that I wonder if you did take the time to understand how the talk site is used

I do (did) the same. Very annoying not to be able to, and like you, I browse a lot less now.
