I can't send any private messages

I am trying to reply to a private message, and I have tried on both my phone and laptop and I keep getting a big black screen saying "Oops! Sorry you're not able to access Mumsnet".

Can anyone help?!

I've just had the "oops, the server is having a moment, we are giving it a cup of tea" page for 24 hrs when I click on Private Messages.

I guess all these glitches are being worked on....?

I hope so.
I like to make my own decisions about messaging and not have them made for me.

I think they've just fixed this, I had the black box all day yesterday and this morning, but I just tried again and the black box is gone and I can send PMs. I did log out and log back in.
