Topics showing in active

@mnhq topics such as OTBT and SN are now showing in active when previously they did not. Having OTBT suddenly appear in active is not great as people use it to be a little quieter.

yy I came here to report SN topic posts showing. That needs to be rectified along with putting OTBT back into the quiet, pls.

same here. I see SN anyway. but OTBT should not show up.
