Add on premium

Hi all Mumsnet seemed to have logged me out so logged back in. I had forgotten my password so did a re-set. Now I'm getting adverts although on premium. I've tried logging out and in again but no better. The site layout seems different as well? I'm on an Amazon fire tablet and have always used this with no problems. Hope you can help!

Yes tons of adverts here as well.
I knew there were changes afoot and I can probably live with most of them, but if premium isn't going to mean ad free, there's no point paying the subscription.

It's frustrating isn't it? I too will cancel my subscription if this doesn't get back to normal

Yes very different layout. I can cope with that but not the adverts! I gladly pay my subs to avoid those!

Yep, same here. Its really annoying, especially as it seems to happen every few months. Hopefully @mnhq will see this soon and fix it for us!

Although, it does help to remind me why I pay for premium, the site is unusable with all the ads! How do people put up with it???

And we've changed the way Premium works on the new platform so it should no longer happen every few months (though I appreciate you might not believe me on that right now 😬)

I too have ads - checked my account and I am no longer subscribed. Do I need to subscribe again?

Is there any update on this at all? As mentioned, the site is unbearable with all the ads!
