Annoying North Face ad

Has anyone else got a very irritating North Face ad popping up here on MN? There doesn't seem to be a way to get rid of it and it obscures what I am trying to read...

Me too - it’s on every single page and you can’t scroll past it Angry
Can’t close or minimise it and it covers half the screen.
Very annoying

Me too, it is unusable on Safari Mac. It covers up the OP, when you scroll down you still can’t see the OP. I attempted to reply to this thread on my laptop but while typing the ad obscured the page. Awful.

Me too. It’s come up on this thread too but at least I can report it as it’s not blocking the ‘Add your message here’ box like it is on some other threads. Am using Safari on an iPad. It was happening a few days ago, then stopped, and is now back this afternoon.

I just came looking to see if there was a thread about this, and lo as I clicked on this thread the ad did appear!

Safari on iPad here, please fix it as it’s impossible to read the first few posts on each thread.

Yes I’ve got it I was on safari on iPad now on chrome and it hasn’t appeared yet.
Please sort out it’s very annoying.

I'm using Chrome on an ancient desktop PC, and the ad just comes up massive and can't be closed or minimised, and it masks the thread content.
