Kicked off premium site

My premium membership seems to have expired prematurely and I’m suddenly seeing ads all over the place. If I click on My premium it gives me information about subscriptions but I took out a year’s subscription last May so should still be covered. Please help

Hi @GettingMarriedAgain - firstly... could you try logging out of the site and then logging back in again. Apols for suggesting something so obvious, but it really does sort out a lot of issues.
