Using chrome on a PC.
I enter my login details and click enter/submit and it just refreshes back to the same login page to login the details again. After the 6th or 7th time of entering my details I realise the page is just stuck (I didn't enter my details wrong because I use an autofill password manager to complete the details). Click the top left homepage button in the logo and realise it has logged me in its just the login page is stuck appearing as though the details need to be entered again.
