Its been moved to Charities. No message from MN about the move.

Please can you move it back? Putting it in Charities completely misses the point.

It was a strange move.

I'm guessing either:

1: keeping boards tidy (in which case most if chat would probably be better moved elsewhere)
2: some logic i don't understand- linking to charity? Some other point of principle?
3: just a bit trigger happy and not a thought-through decision?

We only allow registered charities to be promoted on this Talk board.

I read that to mean no unregistered charities, but does it mean charity links can only appear on threads in this section?

It's because it's asking for donations for charity and someone (not me) has reported it.

Charities is the right place for it.

But the thread is not asking for donations. The linked page is the DEC.
