? Spamming by RH

Hi there,
There seems to be a lot of new threads with similar titles mentioning RH or Team RH. Looks like spamming?

I clicked on a couple, they're not spamming but someone has a bee in their bonnet about how nasty they are, and is posting on several threads to bump them.

Thanks for letting us know. The Nightwatchers hid the posts and we've sent the bumping bee-in-the-bonnetters on their way.

It's usually the other way around - lots of Team RH evangelists posting in support

No idea, but they are well supported it seems ,🙂

I forget his name, but some supposed fitness and diet guru who runs some kind of exercise bootcamp on Facebook, I think. His initials are RH, and they refer to him/themselves as Team RH - but can't for the life of me remember what his name actually is.

It's a no bullshit calorie tracking and exercise group. Nothing groundbreaking. Pretty simple.

Completely opposite to slimming world as it costs a fiver a month to access the exercise videos and app and is calories in vs calories out with Richie Howie explaining why we put on weight/don't lose it etc.

Lots of people doing well with it and realising SW is a bloody brilliant BUSINESS model. 🤔
