Threads flipped upside down

Has the site changed to display the most recent replies to a thread first? Every thread I click on is upside down, with replies in the wrong order. I know there's an option to flip the thread but do I have to do this for each one?

I've had a click about on my profile settings and I can't see anything useful.. What am i missing?

Never mind, literally just figured it out after posting!

For anyone wondering, click the little arrow on top of the post and select 'customize' to change site wide setting.

As you've found, clicking on the down arrow next to the word Talk, then selecting Customise will take you to our Talk Preferences page. From there you can choose whether to read threads with the most recent posts first or last.
