Photos not posting

I have been on mumsnet for years, although recently name changed. Have tried multiple times over the last few weeks to post a photo. It says success, then says error and the photo never posts. This is on the app, havent tried it on the browser.

Hello there. Sorry you're having problems posting pics. Can you let us know which device you're using, and which version of the OS?
A screenshot would also be very helpful.

I can't post the screen shot unfortunately because it won't load. I have a Samsung galaxy note 9 and its OS 10.
