I must say I'm with Wendy ..it is actually making me feel rather sick ..

although admittedly I was out last night

DoesntChristmasDragOn · 28/12/2007 13:41

Mine doesn't move at all.

Oh, that'll be because my ad blocker blocks it [snigger]

bossybritches · 28/12/2007 13:42

Particularly insensitive product placement of the PO at a time when they're closing down so many of our rural PO's.......

Magrat · 28/12/2007 13:44

LOL at bossy

always been a bit militant have you?

bossybritches · 28/12/2007 14:38

My DH works for the PO and has done for over 20 years they have treated him like crap and have caused him to be medically stressed and such a big organisation as that you think would have systems in place to prevent this but no they are crap and double crap. Everytime I see the bloody advert it makes me want to scream and shout!!

Now the new series of adverts shows the manager as a middle aged twt and MA women trying to show her tts to some young men and a young lad so slow you want to give him a good shake. Oh so classy makes me want to run to use the local PO NOT

AGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

CarrieMumsnet · 29/12/2007 22:57

Sorry you not liking PO ad. Don't think there's much we can do to stop it moving (or indeed to stop them closing down rural PO's) but will try and let ad agency know (or at least the folks who supply us with ads) that it wasn't a hit.

Sorry not to be more help

MrsClausinJimmyChoos · 29/12/2007 22:59

I'm just gutted it wasn't the Westlife PO ad that was on mumsnet and moving!

FiveRustyRings · 29/12/2007 23:21

I should think the ad agency ought to be very grateful for all the feedback we give them with our threads moaning about ads. After all we are a good representative sample of vipers customers...

bossybritches · 29/12/2007 23:23

Carrie that was not a pop against you or MN only the PO!!

waves placard in friendly fashion

CremolaFirCone · 29/12/2007 23:26
