I hate the app, can't access the website - help!

I got a new phone (android) at Christmas. Before this I used the website on my phone and liked this. It won't load at all since I got my new phone - the website loads and then crashes or freezes every time I click on any page at all. I've got the app instead but I don't like it at all.
Any suggestions for why the website isn't working? I use Chrome but that worked fine with my other phone.

Can you let us know your phone model and version of android operating system you are using?

Are you able to send us any screenshots of what you see when you try to access the site?

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies - here are some instructions on how to do it in most cases: lexisnexis.custhelp.com/app/answers/answer_view/a_id/1080838/~/clear-cache-and-cookies-on-most-common-mobile-browsers

Once you clear your cache and cookies you will have to log back in and reset your cookie preferences.
