Lost the facility that enables one continuous page of messages

How can I restore this facility which I've enjoyed for several years? I must have clicked something, and now it says eg - this is page 1 of 6. Thank you.

Click on the down arrow, then Customise. You should find the option for the number of posts per page in there.

Thank you, but that only allows a maximum of 100 whereas normally I have 1000.

When you get to the bit in Customise, click on that downward arrow and it should give you all the options including 1000

I think they disabled it a while back for accounts newer than a certain age.

This feature disappeared for me to awhile ago. No warning and no explanation as to why.

Definitely no choice of 1000 on my drop-down menu.

I know this is only available to people who had it before 2016 I think.

Just hoping it can be restored as it’s a useful feature.

Have you tried on the mobile site? Not an app, the actual olde skool mobile site.

I joined in 2009, but I don't have it I think because I was happy with 100 when they turned off the 1000 option. I remember some people being unhappy about it and they enabled it for people who asked or something. We are going back now so it's a bit fuzzy.

I don't think the old mobile site choice is still an option.

Hopefully MNHQ will respond in the next few days (maybe with a solution...)
