It looks like an ad for one of those story app games. Think there's one called Episodes.

It's just a multiple choice of actions & the story develops. It can be a bit seedy though like should you kiss your sister's boyfriend or not

Hi MoonlightMedicine. We've got our Tech team looking at this now. We can't find any trace of it here and we can't tell much about it from the screenshots. Could we ask you, if it pops up again, to click on it and tell us what the game is called? If we have that info we should be able to track it down and find out how it's getting in.

@HebeMumsnet the game is called matchington mansion (have played the game) the games is actually nothing like the ads.
