I have written twice now to your customer service section and also tried to contact you on Twitter messaging but have received no reply to my messages. Why is this? I find it very frustrating and also quite a rude way to treat someone. I've been a member here since 2009 and am thinking maybe it's time to go when this is the way things are going. I am looking in to making a formal complaint about the matter I have tried to raise in those e mails so I would appreciate it you could advise me how to go about this, who to contact etc.
