Does MN read this section?

So many unanswered queries @MNHQ. I thought the point of site stuff was that someone would read the threads and respond.

Hi @JaneJeffer - yes, we do read this section. We log all technical reports and general questions then work on getting them resolved and answered. Things are slower at the weekends but we'll pick everything up in office hours at the start of the week.

I asked a question last Wednesday which didn't get answered yet and last time I asked something I felt like a nag because I had to keep bumping it!
