Trending (again)

The trending box has disappeared completely (I don’t use the app).

same for me, really annoying!

Same for me! No trending today or yesterday ,just has been replaced with one giant extra add. It seems like a deliberate thing to add in more advertising, it makes the site really clunky to navigate around and I’m actually getting bored and frustrated about having to go back/not having the threads I’m on option and giving up and leaving the site to do other stuff, so I’m actually looking at less adds overall than if this was back to trending

I'm frustrated by this too. I use trending alot and I hope it's not permanent.

Same for me just an advert instead

I was frustrated by this too. I'm on laptop on Google Chrome.

Is it broken or done on purpose?

This is Katy from the tech team. As you're probably all aware we've had a few issues with the website this week.

The trending box is causing some issues on our talk pages so we've taken it down temporarily while we fix it. You will still be able to see it on the homepage and content pages.

It'll be up and running again on talk pages as soon as possible so please bear with us.
