How do I stop the music?!

Music is playing when I open the app. How do I make it stop?

We're sorry about this - we appreciate how annoying it must be.

We had a similar issue to this a while ago and I am wondering if it is the same thing that is happening. The music was coming from an ad choices ad served by google. If that's the case here, if you can see an ad on the thread while on the app then click on the little blue triangle at the top right of the ad and click to say you no longer want to see this ad.

If this doesn't work or if you think this is a different issue, can you let us know the device you are using to access the app and whether you are on android or iOS? Any screenshots of what you can see when the music is playing would also be super useful.

Thanks. I think it was an advert. But when I clicked on it, it still didn't shut up. It switched its self off after a while.

Just checking if this advert has popped up again today, and if it was in fact an AdChoices one?

Please let us know if it's not at AdChoices one but is still causing problems.
