Logged out of app and can’t log back in

Just gone to use app as I normally do. Clicked on “I’m on” and pop up comes up “please log in”

So I enter my email address and password…

Nope

Try again being very very careful to enter both correctly thinking I maybe mistyped even though I checked

Still nope!

What’s going on?

Don’t really wanna faff changing my password unless it’s absolutely necessary I have soooo many to remember!

Hi @Graphista sorry to hear you've been having problems. Please can you delete and reinstall the app, and try signing in once more? Give us a shout if you're still having issues.

Done it's working now - but why did that happen in the first place?
