Touch button banner a the bottom

You know the thing I mean, blue squares and you touch them to go to "threads I'm watching" etc. On Android. Anyway, whenever a new page loads it flashes up there at the bottom of the screen as usual, then the page finishes loading and I blink and it's gone. Not a massive issue I can still access everything from the box of lines whatsit in the top left corner of the screen, it's just having read to the bottom of a page I have to scroll right up through the whole screen again to get there. Been happening a few weeks. I was hoping it'd fix itself but it hasn't.

Sorry to hear you're having problems viewing the blue bar. Just to be clear, are you using the mobile version of the site (rather than the android app?)

We're looking into this for you but in the meantime can you please let us know which phone (and if possible which operating system) you're using. Also whether there are adverts showing on the pages that have reloaded.

And if anyone else is having this same problem, please let us know here.

Yes mobile site I think. I don't do apps intentionally, I access everything through Google. Hope that answers it, I'm not a technological person!

It's Alcatel phone, bought new last year, not top of the range or anything. It's Android, that's all I know, sorry.

I get the large ads which are videos with 3 more videos at the bottom of the main one, but they don't play. They occur in the thread not a separate banner. I have my settings tight because I detest ads. Sorry again!

I am looking at the website on an iPhone. For me the blue banner thing is moving up and down the page when I scroll, it seems to want to be in the middle of the page which is also in the middle of whatever I am reading.

So thought I'd better clarify, when I said is back I meant it's at the bottom of the screen where it should be, not floating around in the middle like the poste above. That sounds very annoying Daisiesandbuttercups I hope they can fix it for you too

Can you tell us if you're using the mobile version of the site or the android app?

Also, do you know if you're using Chrome or Safari or Firefox to access the site?

Safari and the mobile version of the site I assume as definitely not an app. It is all better now happily. Thank you.
