Strobing Lanzarote advert

There's an advert for Lanzarote that comes on regularly - screenshot attached - with adverts on both sides at the top of the page. When it comes on it seems to flash and strobe intermittently, which is really annoying in any circumstances. One of my main concerns it that it can't be good for people subject to seizures.

Thanks - on further investigation, the strobing mostly happens when you scroll down the page.

yes it is when scrolling and been so for days, I reported it previously

This advert seemed to disappear for a bit but is now back and strobing as badly as ever.

We're trying to locate the ad now to see what's happening here. If it's just happening on a particular thread/part of the site could you send us a link to where you are seeing it?

Could we also ask that next time you see it you try and record the screen while it's strobing? Realise that's a faff but we are finding it hard to see what's going on here at the moment. It would really help us get to the bottom of things.

You mean take a video shot or similar? I have no idea how to do that. It happens when you scroll down the page so it would be difficult to do anyway.
