Yes I've had one ( Jersey ) when I'm trying to type it's blocking the type box .

Same again, all over the bottom half of the OP and the next few posts, you can't scroll past it. The only thing that gets rid of it is refreshing the screen.

It's totally random and pops up intermittently. I've seen it three times on different threads this afternoon.
