Search button not working

Just that really! Keeps going to bad gateway error message, has been for days 🤷‍♀️

Hi @soniamumsnet, thanks for picking this up. I'm not using the app but accessing from android on Chrome. It's giving an error reference number of 502, if that helps!

Hi @LonesomeMask thanks for this extra information. Please can you send a screenshot? Also, do you have the same issue if you try with a different browser?

Please can you let us know the search terms you used, and which page you were searching from - was it the top search bar?

Lastly, it would be really helpful if you could send through the link of the bad gateway page too.

Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this for you.

Hi @soniamumsnet, thanks, yes same problem on different browsers. Top search bar from home page, active and watching. Various/random search terms, can't remember exactly (but nothing dodgy
) but just did one using "random" to get link for you:

www.mumsnet.com/service/searchlambda/all-search-results?q=Random

Hi @soniamumsnet really sorry to report that yes, it still is. The search button at the bottom works though (I hadn't realised there was one there ) but it does seem odd as it used to work just fine. Don't worry too much if it's just me though!
