Thread still not appearing on TIO

The Goose and Carrot long standing chat thread in SEN Chat hasn't appeared on my TIO for quite some time on the Ipad app but now it isn't appearing on TIO on the web either (Chrome on either Mac or Android).
Longer threads (once they get over a certain threshold I think) don't seem to show up on TIO on the app but this absence from a browser is new.

This also happens to me with random threads. They just disappear from threads I'm on even when I am active on the thread.

Are these usually longer threads? Those are the ones I find disappear.

Can you check if you've accidentally hidden the thread?

First go to the main Talk page and click on 'Customise'.

Then, if you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, there is a blue box which says 'Ignore topics in Active Conversations'.

In this box will be a small link: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/topic-choice which takes you to a page that will show you all your active conversations, but also anything that you've excluded, and this will allow you to include that thread again.

I haven't hidden any of the many, many threads this has happened to over a period of months. It's happened before and I've reported it before.

The ones this happens to me on are not hidden and I too have reported it before. They are always long ones where I post regularly.

TIO is not updating on ios app for me. Only older threads refresh but those I've only recently posted on are not listed at all, but are on my Watching page.
