Should this advert be doing this?

I'd expect it to either scroll up, or block the page from moving until it's played, but the text is actually going over it somehow. I thought it looked a bit weird, so I'd let you know so you could have a look.

(If it is supposed to be doing that, I don't like it much!)

It's interesting seeing what adverts other people get! I mainly get an annoying woman and her baby monitor. There's a whole load of sober puritans on the "Treated like an alcoholic by midwife?" thread - don't let them know that you get vodka ads. They'll have social services round

I got a guy drinking gin.

Instead of being able to scroll up, he carried on drinking as I tried to read the screen under him

I think I went out with him briefly.

I haven't seen it elsewhere, and I haven't had any other ads doing it, but will keep an eye out.

I can honestly say I don't drink vodka Muriel, but gingernaut's gin ad would be a different story!
