I might have just received a spam e-mail from MN?????

I've just had an e-mail of this weeks parenting news, but not to the address that I have registered with you.

Also the name on it is my middle name and surname, which I would NEVER use anywhere.

Should I be worried that this is spam? or malicious? should you be worried?

anyone else had this?
