how can i upload a picture onto my thread

On my phone there's a paperclip icon beneath the box where I type the text. I tap on that and take it from there.

Hi Naomi32 - brand new members of the site have to wait 48 hours before they can upload a picture, which is why you've been unable to do this. Once the 48 hours are up, please follow the instructions MurielSpriggs has posted. Thanks, Muriel!
