Deleted thread - no message

I was on a thread about an Olympics presenter's pronunciation and can't find it now. No deletion message. It just disappeared. What happened?

This has been happening to me for months. No deletion message, they just disappear.

It's bloody annoying and doubly annoying because I use the app which never shows deletion messages anyway so I have to go onto the desktop site and then there's nothing there either!

If you're on the app they tend to disappear from the watch list. But if you're in a laptop they remain and you can see the deletion message.

Try logging on from a browser and you may find they'll be there and you can see the message

This one isn't @MontysMinions. It has vanished!

I was on that thread too - wonder why it disappeared. It feels more and more these days that rational discussion and debate aren't allowed and no one is allowed 'to agree to disagree'.

If you don't toe the line, then your opinion isn't valid and you're not even allowed to have the opinion & certainly not allowed to vocalise it! The whole thing is depressing.

Was this the thread in telly addicts? If so, we've taken a look and there's definitely a deletion message showing at our end. Can you let us know if you can see it. I've linked it here

If you can't see the deletion message, could you let us know the device you are using and how you are accessing the site?

And if this is the wrong thread, if you could point us to the one you mean we will take a look.
