Ads in Premium. Again.

I posted a few weeks ago about getting ads when I am signed up for Premium, it did get fixed after a couple of days but it hasn't happened again. This is about the 4th time since I signed up to Premium when it was first launched and it is getting really annoying. Huawei PSmart 2019, using the mobile site, no changes to cookies/settings/etc.

Hi @Donatella sorry to hear you've been experiencing problems, and sorry for the delayed response. Please can we ask you try fully signing out and back in again, and let us know if you still unable to access your Premium account?
