How do I unsubscribe from AIBU updates?

I'm not especially interested in seeing the results of a vote after I've been on a thread. Is there a way to unsubscribe from these emails? Or shall I just stop voting?!

Hi, At the bottom of the email there should be a link like in this picture to update your preference. You can also get to it direct here
