Posts automatically hidden due to trigger words

When did this happen? Or has this always happened?

I posted a quote from a tv series that contained a word that is obviously found to be not within the spirit of the site, and the post was automatically hidden until MNHQ can look at it.

Is this a recent thing? How many words can trigger this?

Hi @Soubriquet
Automatic hiding of posts is mainly used to combat spam - we've had it in place for a couple of years.
You've noticed one of the words that triggers the filter and hopefully you'll agree that stuff like this should be hidden and marked for review by a moderator.
Apologies, but we won't be providing a list, that'll just help spammers evade capture : )

Oh I wasn’t expecting a list, but thank you!

And once it was hidden, I realised it was a bit of a disablist word, and initially that’s what I thought caused it to be hidden.

Thank you for the clarification
