Mirtazapine withdrawal

Been taking MIrt 15 mg for approx 7 months. Venlafaxine 75 added to the mix in Feb. Neither have worked miracles for me so have started therapy and together with the lifting of lockdown and getting my life back I think will be of more benefit to my overall wellbeing.
Took a month to taper of mirt and been a week without it so far. Currently feeling rubbish. V nauseous shaky and not sleeping.
Mood/anxiety also dipping as a result.
Should I plough through this and how long does withdrawal last or am I kidding myself I don’t need these awful tablets. Hoping to get of Ven also in the coming months. My mood much better when I’m doing exercise/ connecting with friends and family.

I'm sorry you're having such a rough time, op. If I were you, I'd book an apt with her and try and nip this in the bud - best to deal with it promptly rather than wait and see by which point it might have a bigger impact on your life.

OP you should post this again in the health topic and then you should get more answers.
You may be having some withdrawal symptoms - may need to do the reduction more slowly. Worth talking through with your dr.
Good luck with it all
