Why can't I post pics

Is the picture too big? I've had that a lot recently but it seems to just hang rather than telling me outright.

Hmm, I don't know! It's a photo of a floor plan.

I have successfully uploaded them now.

I took them on my google phone, emailed them to myself, opened the email on my iPad, saved images and posted from my iPad.

No idea why the same pics uploaded from my iPad but not from my google phone.

I have this issue now, the page hangs until I refresh it. Then it posts my comment but not the image. Its not the file size, I use jpegs at under 90kb. (400x400px)
