Moving toolbar and general weirdness

Does anyone else have this problem? The toolbar is jumping all over the place (see photo) also this text box keeps jumping to the top of the screen so it’s like typing in a letter box.

We're just wondering if you're using an old Safari version - can you possibly check? Also if you know how to clear your cache, that's also worth a try.

Im having problems with the mobile site, while im trying to write this its jumping all over the place, keyboard keeps disappearing. Its the advert below causing problems i think.
