Can't load pictures

Is anyone else having a problem uploading pictures?

Hi @LilyMumsnet I'm on laptop on microsoft edge. I can sometimes upload one picture but not multiple at one time.

Are there any error messages - what happens when you try and upload more than one? Can you talk us through it?

@LilyMumsnet nothing happens. I choose the files and when I click post message nothing at all happens. It's like the button doesn't even register. It won't preview message either.

I'm on a Samsung phone on the app, I've never, ever been able to post a photo!

Sorry to hear this, folks - we'll ask our Tech team to look into it.

Had the same issue the other day and gave up. It was just just the button was unresponsive. It would go light blue but then nothing would actually happen.

This was on desktop on chrome.

We did have some techy issues a few days ago - but should all be resolved now. Is it still causing issues?

Seems to work ok now

If I preview before I post, it won't then post.

If I just post then it will.

So that's the only problem I have with it now.

Where can I find the guidelines for posting pictures, I need to know size limits?

Mine isn't posting pics today. Android browser.
