Have a dedicated moving house thread

The property/DIY thread is very irritating because I have no interest in DIY and boiler problems etc... I have a lot of interest in buying and selling houses. I am sure there are people who like DIY but don’t care about the current house market. Would it be possible to split the two?
One for moving/selling/buying.
One for DIY and property refurbishment.

We open up topics based on the idea that enough people will use them, so we'll keep an eye on interest level and pass it over for consideration if there's a lot of interest.
