Why was the thread about the step daughter deleted?

The deletion message said at op’s request. I’m confused. I asked for a thread to be deleted because it was upsetting me but you refused so where is the consistency?

No one was out of order on that thread. The replied were restrained! And maybe, just maybe the OP could have taken points away with her.

You should have claimed you had "real life concerns" or someone had found the thread. They always delete if you say that.

No they don’t. Well not for free customers like me.

Hi OP

We take each post on a case-by-case basis.

We often delete when a thread is causing issues in real life, but we can't really give too much information on individual circumstances.

If you'd like to request a deletion, please do get in touch - we'll do our best to help. Flowers

@LilyMumsnet I did get in touch. You refused despite the abuse I was taking. You just advised to hide it.

Your moderation is all over the place and it’s very annoying when there is no breach of guidelines or outing information.
