Why does my "threads I'm on" not have a cut off time?

I had to recently set up a new account and my new "threads I'm on " just keeps going. My previous account used stop logging them after about a week.

Can I change the settings for it?

Hi @megletsecond just nipping in to let you know that you can only change the settings if you have an account that was registered prior to 2016. Hope this helps. Flowers

Thanks @soniamumsnet is there any way of tweaking my account?
I was locked out of my old one a few weeks ago (set up during the summer 15 hacking) but tech never replied to my messages to reset the password so I had to set up this one.

Threads I'm on is unusable as a long list. I'm just ignoring everything as it's irrelevant.

Hi @megletsecond thanks for this. We'll take a look and get back to you as soon as we can. Flowers

Where do you change the settings? Ive been on MN since 2006.. I'd like "threads I'm on" to expire too.

picklemewalnuts · 18/03/2021 08:54

Could you just hide the threads I'm on you don't care about?

megletsecond · 18/03/2021 20:42

point my threads I'm on for accounts from 2007 and 2015 always expired, I seemed to have a drop off of 5 days. It's just the ones on my new account that accumulate.
