Can't post pictures

Every time I write a reply to a thread and attach a picture, it says success and the reply window closes down. However my reply or my picture never arrive on the thread, which is quite frustrating, especially when I have written a long reply! I have had the same happen when using the android app or using the website through my phone. Is anyone able to look at this for me?

Hello are you new? If I recall correctly a period of time must elapse between signing up and having posting of images privileges.

I've been here for 4 and a half years and I can only ever post one picture. I have to press the post button twice to post anything, even without a picture, but if I try to attach a second picture it just freezes and eventually everything just disappears and my whole post is lost - it's always been like it, on 3 different phones. It's incredibly irritating.

I have experienced been using since the beginning of February. Have you any ideas how long the restriction is for?
