When are you actually going to improve the tech?

Honestly not a week goes by without getting error message.

What are the tech team actually doing to improve this?

Pre covid you posted how many technical staff you employed and it is astonishing how poor the tech is on this site if that is the case.

Yep mines been patchy since about 5pm. It's the only site I use that is so blooming buggy and temperamental.

I've not had any issues. Chrome on an iPad.

We're really sorry about the issues last night.

We resolved these as quickly as we could and everything should be working as normal.

If this isn't the case, please could you let us know?

As a side-note, we are always working to improve usability and we appreciate any feedback.
